Yes - most of our engagements run remotely. We're based in Berkeley but work with clients across the US. For larger engagements we can travel for key milestones like the audit kickoff and deployment handoff.
We can typically start a discovery call within a week of first contact. Audit engagements begin shortly after scoping. Build timelines depend on scope - most voice AI systems are live within 2–4 weeks of the audit completing.
The AI Readiness Audit is our starting point for most new clients and is available as a standalone engagement. From there, most build engagements start in the mid-four to low-five figures depending on scope and integration complexity.
That's exactly what the first call is for. We'd rather talk for 30 minutes and tell you it's not the right time than scope an engagement that doesn't deliver. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you - and we'll tell you what would need to change for it to be.
