We built Sather Tech to do the opposite: start with a structured audit, then stay through design, build, deployment, and optimization. Every engagement ends with a working system your team owns - not a slide deck.

Our background is engineering, not management consulting. We understand the systems we build at a technical level, which means we scope honestly, build reliably, and don't overpromise what AI can do.

We don't propose solutions until we've mapped the problem. Every engagement begins with a structured audit of your operations - current processes, data infrastructure, tooling, and team capabilities. This is how we scope honestly.

Prove before committing

After the audit comes a prototype - a working system that you can test against real workflows before committing to full deployment. You should see the thing working before you pay for the full build. We believe that strongly.

Build for your team to own

Every deployment includes training, documentation, and a handoff process. When we leave, your team should be able to monitor, adjust, and extend what we built without calling us. Dependency on the vendor is a design failure.
